POLICY / TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Aglaet Beauty Brows, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for all clients. Please read the following policies carefully before booking.

Studio Policy & Guidelines

For the comfort and safety of all clients:

  • Due to limited studio space, No pets, one guest is allowed per client.
    Children are welcome only if supervised by an adult at all times. For safety reasons, children may not run around or be left unattended during your appointment
  • If you have a medical alert service dog, please notify us in advance

Client Eligibility & Health Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • Services are not available to pregnant / breastfeeding clients
  • Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Service may be refused if you show visible signs of illness

Consultations

Consultations are available before booking a service, they can also take place on the same day as your appointment.
If you have prior permanent makeup, noticeable scars, or medical concerns, please send a clear photo to 631-384-0182 so we can confirm if you are a suitable candidate before booking.

Booking, Deposit, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Deposit / Booking Fee

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments
  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • The deposit will be applied to your total service cost on the day of your appointment
  • Please confirm your availability before booking

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice
  • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit your deposit
  • Any additional reschedules require a new deposit
  • Deposits are not held for unscheduled future appointments

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in deposit forfeiture
  • No-shows automatically lose the deposit and must pay a new deposit to rebook
  • No exceptions

Arrival & Late Policy

  • The studio opens 10 minutes before your appointment
  • There is a 15 -minute grace period
  • Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply

Multiple Sessions and Results

Cosmetic brow services may require multiple sessions depending on your skin type, lifestyle, prior work, and aftercare compliance.
Most clients need 2 sessions for optimal results.

touch ups are not included in the first session price.
A scheduled appointment is required to lock in current pricing.

Previous Permanent Makeup

If you have previous work from another artist, prior approval is required before booking.

Pre-Care & Post-Care Requirements

Following pre-care and post-care instructions is mandatory.
Failure to follow pre-care may result in service refusal. Pre -Care will be send to your phone number at the time of booking your appointment inside of your appointment confirmation text or email if for whatever reason you don’t have or can’t find it, call or text 631-384-0182 to resend the pre-care instructions

Changes by Aglaet Beauty Brows

  • Appointment dates or times may be adjusted if necessary
  • Any changes will be communicated via text or email
  • Pricing is subject to change
